Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorldBridger One ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, artists, contributors, and anyone who accesses the Platform.

2. About the Platform

WorldBridger One is:

• An open-source platform licensed under GPL-3.0
• A non-custodial service - you control your own wallet and keys
• FREE forever - no subscription fees or paywalls
• A community-owned project supporting education and youth empowerment
• Built on Solana blockchain for NFTs and digital assets

3. Eligibility

The Platform is available to users of all ages for educational content. However, certain features have age restrictions:

The Platform is available globally, but you are responsible for compliance with local laws regarding cryptocurrency and digital assets in your jurisdiction.

4. Account & Wallet Responsibility

4.1 Self-Custody

WorldBridger One is a non-custodial platform:

• You are solely responsible for your wallet and private keys
• We NEVER have access to your private keys or recovery phrase
• Lost keys cannot be recovered by WorldBridger One or anyone else
• You must safeguard your recovery phrase - write it on paper, store securely

4.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your wallet credentials secure
• Use a strong PIN for your WorldBridger One Wallet
• Not share your private keys or recovery phrase with anyone
• Report any unauthorized access immediately
• Understand that WorldBridger One staff will NEVER ask for your keys

4.3 Anonymous & Demo Wallets

You may use the Platform with a demo wallet for learning purposes. Demo wallets:

• Have limited functionality
• Cannot mint or trade real NFTs
• Progress may not be permanently saved
• Should be upgraded to a real wallet for full features

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform, including:

• Music tracks and beats
• Rap verses and lyrics
• Artwork and avatars
• Environmental observations
• Comments and discussions

5.2 License to WorldBridger One

By posting content, you grant WorldBridger One a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display your content on the Platform
• Store and distribute content as part of platform operations
• Use content for platform promotion (with attribution)

This license ends when you delete your content (except for blockchain-stored data).

5.3 Open Source Content

Content you explicitly release as open source (CC0, CC BY, etc.) will be governed by those licenses. We encourage sharing for community benefit.

5.4 Platform IP

The WorldBridger One codebase is open source under GPL-3.0. You may:

• View, fork, and modify the source code
• Deploy your own instance
• Contribute improvements back to the project

The WorldBridger One name and branding are trademarks and should not be used to imply official endorsement without permission.

6. NFTs & Digital Assets

6.1 NFT Ownership

When you mint or purchase an NFT on WorldBridger One:

• You own the NFT token on the Solana blockchain
• Ownership is verified by your wallet, not by WorldBridger One
• NFTs may include associated media (images, audio) stored on Arweave/IPFS
• Specific rights (commercial use, derivatives) depend on the NFT's license

6.2 No Investment Advice

NFTs and tokens on this platform are:

• NOT investment products
• NOT guaranteed to have any value
• Primarily for entertainment, education, and community participation

6.3 Transaction Fees

Blockchain transactions require network fees (gas). You are responsible for having sufficient SOL for transaction fees. WorldBridger One does not control network fees.

6.4 Marketplace Conduct

When using marketplace features, you agree to:

• Not list counterfeit or stolen NFTs
• Not engage in wash trading or market manipulation
• Honor sales and offers you commit to
• Report suspicious activity

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Post illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Post hate speech, discrimination, or violent content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, scam, or phish other users
• Upload malware or attempt to hack the Platform
• Violate others' intellectual property rights
• Use bots to manipulate battles, voting, or XP
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Interfere with Platform operations

7.2 Content Standards

User content (music, lyrics, comments) must comply with our Community Guidelines. Prohibited content includes:

• Explicit sexual content involving minors
• Direct threats of violence
• Doxxing or sharing private information
• Copyright-infringing content without permission

7.3 Enforcement

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Account suspension or termination
• Loss of XP and achievements
• Ban from battles and competitions
• Reporting to authorities for illegal activity

8. Rap Battles & Competitions

8.1 Battle Rules

• Battles are for entertainment and artistic expression
• Trash talk is part of battle culture, but personal attacks are prohibited
• Content must not include real threats or harassment
• Judges' decisions are final unless clear errors occurred
• Bribery or vote manipulation is grounds for disqualification

8.2 Prizes & Rewards

• Battle prizes (NFTs, tokens, XP) are awarded at WorldBridger One's discretion
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated
• Disqualification for rule violations forfeits prizes

8.3 Recording & Broadcast

By participating in battles, you grant permission for your performance to be:

• Recorded and stored on the Platform
• Shared as part of battle archives
• Used in promotional materials (with attribution)

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

9.1 "As Is" Service

WorldBridger One is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security from all possible attacks
• Accuracy of all information
• Compatibility with all devices/browsers

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldBridger One and its contributors shall not be liable for:

• Lost funds due to wallet security issues
• Smart contract bugs or exploits
• Network outages or blockchain issues
• Lost profits or opportunity costs
• Third-party actions or content
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9.3 Open Source Disclaimer

This is an open-source project maintained by volunteers. There is no guarantee of support, updates, or continued operation. You use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Termination

10.1 Your Right to Leave

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Your on-chain assets (NFTs) remain in your wallet regardless of Platform status.

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity
• Abuse of other users
• Attempting to harm the Platform

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your account access is revoked
• Off-chain data may be deleted
• On-chain assets remain in your wallet
• You may request data export before termination takes effect

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. When we do:

• We will post the updated Terms on this page
• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• Material changes will be announced via the Platform
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. As a decentralized, open-source project:

• Disputes should first be resolved through community mediation
• Smart contract interactions are governed by blockchain protocol rules
• Contributors are subject to laws in their respective jurisdictions
